Tags allow you to label and filter your opportunities and contacts based on specific attributes or behaviors. Let's see how to create tags in the configuration section.
To create a new tag:
- Navigate to Configuration > CRM > Tags.
- Click +Create Tag.
- Enter a Tag Name.
- Choose a Tag Color.
- Click Create.
To find existing tags:
- You can use the Search bar to find your intended tag.
To edit existing tags:
- Click on the pencil icon for the intended tag.
- Make the required changes.
- Click Update.
To delete an existing tag:
- Click on the trash icon for the intended tag.
- Click Delete on the confirmation modal.
