Let's check out how to monitor Internal Calls in VoiceStack.
Internal Calls Dashboard Overview
- Navigate to Internal Calls in the admin app.
- Internal calls are automatically generated whenever calls take place between Extensions. Refine your search using filters.
- The dashboard displays 10 calls per page.
- Use the navigation controls to move to the next page and view additional calls.
- Click Next to view the next page.
Field Description
| Date Range Filter | Choose from preset options or set a custom range. |
| Date & Time | Timestamp of the call event. |
| From | Caller (user, device, or workflow extension). |
| To | Receiver of the internal call. |
| Source | Origin type (e.g., Automated Voicemail). |
| Duration | Length of the call (HH:MM:SS). |
| Status | Connected or Not Connected. |
