In VoiceStack, managing IP Addresses is essential for controlling access to the system, mapping users or devices to specific locations, and enabling secure, location-based call configurations.
Create a New IP Address
1. Navigate to Configuration > General Settings > IP Addresses.
- The IP Address screen displays a list of all registered IP addresses. You can narrow down the search using the filters.
2. Click Create.
3. Add the following details in the Configure Provisioning pop-up screen:
- Location (Mandatory) from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the IP Address, and click Add IP.
| Note: IP addresses should be in the format X.X.X.X, where X is a number between 0 and 255. |
4. Click Create to create the provisioning IP Address.
Update an Existing IP Address
1. Locate the IP Address to be updated from the listing table.
2. Click Configure.
3. Specify the required details and click Update.
Delete an Existing IP Address
1. Locate the IP Address to be deleted from the listing table. Click Delete.
2. A confirmation to delete the IP Address is displayed.
3. On the confirmation screen, click Delete to permanently remove the IP address, or click Cancel to abort.
