In this article, you’ll learn how to configure Sound Clips.
1. Navigate to Configuration > Calls > Sound Clips.
2. Click Upload Sound Clip.
In the Upload Sound pop-up window:
- Enter the File Name.
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., “Main IVR Menu” or “Holiday Greeting”).
- Choose a Location.
- Drag and drop a suitable file or click Select file from computer to upload an MP3 or WAV file.
- Once uploaded, click Create to save the clip.
- Click Cancel to discard changes.
Updating a Sound Clip
1. Use the Search Bar or the Filter by Location option to find the sound clip you want to update.
- You can click the Play button to listen to the sound clip and verify.
2. Click Edit next to the sound clip.
3. Modify the necessary details.
4. Click Update to save the changes or Cancel to exit.
Deleting a Sound Clip
1. Use the Search Bar or Filter by Location option to find the sound clip you want to remove.
2. Click Remove.
3. Click Delete to confirm deletion.
- You will receive a message stating that the action is successful, and the clip is deleted.
