Let's explore how to configure Phone Numbers in text messages.
1. Navigate to Configuration > Messages > Phone Numbers.
2. Click Configure.
3. Specify the following:
- Phone Number: Displays the phone number being configured (e.g., "+441234567890). This field is non-editable to prevent accidental changes.

Message Group: Allows the user to assign the phone number to a specific message group.
- The Unlink option is available to remove the phone number from the current message group.

Send Auto-response Message: Enables or disables automatic replies for incoming messages if the patient has not replied in the last 24 hours. When enabled, the user can enter a custom auto-response message.
- Auto-response Message Text Box: The users can type a predefined response.
4. Click Update to save the changes.
