Let's learn how to create and edit a Shared Voice Mailbox.
Create a Shared Voice Mailbox
1. Navigate to Configuration > Calls > Shared Voice Mailbox.
2. Click Create Voice Mailbox
- Enter a Name for the mailbox and the designated Location.
- Add the Extensions that are supposed to receive the voicemail notifications.
- Toggling the option to Enable Voicemail Email would provide an option to add the Agents along with the External Recipients.
- Click Create to create the shared voice Mailbox.
| Note: Enabling the Voicemail address of the agents or the external recipients would send an email along with the voicemail audio. |
- You can search for a Shared Voice Mailbox using the search option or filter it by location using the Location filter at the top of the dashboard.
Update or Delete a Shared Voice Mailbox
To Edit Shared Voice Mailbox:
1. Locate the voicemail box to be edited and click Configure.
2. Modify the required settings and click Update.
To Delete a Shared Voice Mailbox
- Locate the voicemail box to be deleted.
- Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
