The Additional Options section in the VoiceStack Admin App lets you configure settings such as internal call ring duration, call park timeout, and music on hold.
Configure Additional Options
1. Navigate to Configuration > Calls > Additional Options.
2. Configure the values for each option in the Additional Options section:
- Set Ring Duration: Enter the desired time (in seconds) for internal call and blind transfer ringing before timeout.
| Note: Maximum allowed time for Internal Call Ring Duration is 300 seconds. |
- Call Park Timeout Settings: Define how long a call remains parked before timing out.
- Music On Hold Settings: Enable or disable music on hold. When enabled, select the audio file to play while callers are on hold.
- Set Different Ringtones for Internal Calls: Enable this to set different ringtones for internal calls.
| Note: This only works with Yealink devices. |
- Set Short Missed Call Threshold: Define the maximum duration to classify a call as a short missed call.
| Note: The maximum allowed is 30 seconds. |
- Call Waiting Settings: Allows you to enable or disable call waiting across the practice or configure it based on agent/device settings.
3. Once all values are set, click Save Changes to apply the modifications.
