Email Notifications allow you to manage automated email alerts so the right users are notified at the right time. Let's check out how to manage email notifications
1. Navigate to Configuration > General Settings > Email Notification.
- The Email Notifications screen displays a list of users.
Enabling or Disabling AI Usage
- Locate the desired User in the table.
- Use the AI Usage checkbox to enable or disable notifications.
- Click Update to save changes.
Manage Emergency Notifications
- Locate the required User in the grid.
- Use the Emergency Notification checkbox to enable or disable alerts.
- Click Update to apply the changes.
Additional Options
- Search Bar: Search for users.
- Filter by User Type: Filter by Agent or Admin.
