Configure and Manage Message Groups

Managing messages across teams doesn’t have to be complicated. With Message Groups, you can bring the right agents together and ensure every conversation is handled smoothly. Let’s walk through how to create and manage them.

Create a Message Group

1. Navigate to Configuration > Messages > Message Group.

2. Click Create Message Group.

3. Fill in the following details:

• Message Group Name: Provide a descriptive name. (Mandatory)
• Agents: Select one or more agents to include.
• Location: Choose the appropriate location for the group. (Mandatory).

4. Click Create to save the new message group.

Configure or Delete a Message Group

• Click Configure in the Action column to modify settings.

• Click Delete to permanently remove a message group.

Your message group is now ready! Start organising and managing conversations efficiently.
