Let's check out how to configure Audio Settings in the agent app.
Configuring Your Audio Settings
1. Select the Profile icon on the right side of the screen.
2. Click Settings.
3. In the side panel, under Calls, select Audio Settings.
4. The current audio settings appear. You can configure the following options:
- Ringer Device: Plays the ringtone for incoming calls. For example, this may be your computer speakers.
- Speaker: Plays the caller’s audio. This may be your computer speakers.
- Microphone: Captures your voice during calls. This may be your computer’s microphone.
5. To change the selection, click the drop-down of any of the audio devices.
| Note: When you connect an audio device to your computer, the system automatically detects it and displays it in the drop-down menu. |
6. Select your preferred device from the drop-down list.
7. Click Update to save the changes.
